Product Description:

The Ben safety shoe is engineered for optimal protection and comfort, ideal for industries where preventing surface scratches is crucial, such as manufacturing and automotive. It features a robust 1.8mm - 2.0mm Hair cell print leather upper and a metal-free design, ensuring no risk of scratching metal or other sensitive surfaces.

The shoe is lined with breathable materials, including non-woven synthetic fibre and Cambrill material laminated with foam, providing enhanced comfort and ventilation. Reinforced braided nylon laces, a padded collar, and a bellows tongue ensure a secure and comfortable fit throughout the day, and the shoe’s anti-static properties and SRC-rated slip resistance enhance safety on various surfaces.

Specification:

Upper:

• 1.8mm – 2.0mm Haircell print genuine leather
  upper.
• Durable black PU material in tongue. 
• No metal or hard plastics in the upper
  construction toeliminate any scratching on
  metal or other surfaces. 
• Padded collar and bellows tongue
• Braided nylon laces with central core for
  additional strength.

Lining:

• Vamp lining is made from non-woven synthetic fibre
  for enhanced comfort and breathability. Quarter
  and tongue lining made from a Cambrill non-woven
  material laminated to 4mm foam for enhanced
  comfort and excellent ventilation.

Toe Cap:

• Steel Toe Cap
•  Can withstand an impact load of 200 Joules

In-Sock & Top Sock:

• PU/Elastopan material for comfort padding
  and climate control technology and anti-static
  stitching
• Anti-static in-sock is made from non-woven
  material
• The top sock is made from a durable polyester
  material that offers abrasion resistance and
  is quick-drying in nature. The top sock is
  treated with Ultra-Fresh technology to impart
  anti-bacterial and anti-static properties to the
  material.

Sole:

• Shank reinforcement for additional arch support
• The Apollo sole is made from a Double Density PU/
  PU.
• The mid sole is made from a flexible low density
• Polyurethane with a shore hardness of
  0.45mm–0.50mm.
• The outer sole is made from a hardwearing
• Polyurethane with a shore hardness of
  0.64mm–0.65mm.
• The shoe can withstand temperatures up to 95˚C.
• The shoe is SRC slip resistance.
• The shoe is anti-static.
